Breakfast is a choice of Ethiopian and western specialties, including pancakes, porridge or eggs, with fresh juice; bread, butter and jam; and tea or coffee.

The restaurant/ conference hall has been rebuilt in the style of the great hall of Emperor Menelik II at the top of the palace hill. It serves a variety of international and national dishes.
